Help- FileZilla Problem!

A while ago cPanel was working fine, but when I tried logging in FireZilla I get this:

Now cPanel doesn't work and I can't get anything right on FileZilla. help please.

For Filezilla use these settings:

Host: jagex.elementfx.com
Username: your cPanel username
Password: your cPanel password
Port:21

Let us know if it works or not.

It works now. The problem was the server was down or something. Thanks.
