Help Fix error "500 Internal Server Error" on boru sever

yesterday boru sever cant access account data. today i have signed in on my account but display notice:
[h=1]500 Error[/h]

An internal server error has occurred. Please try your request again momentarily.

• File or directory permissions are set too high: Files should be 0644, directories 0755.
• Problem with your .htaccess file.
• A syntax error in a CGI script.

I had set with Directory CHMOD is 777 and 644 with file but not working. Please Help

or delete php_ in file .htaccess

It seems that PHP scripts give a 500 error, even if they're empty, no matter the permissions, whether there's an htaccess file in effect or not.
