Help for my Account!

Hi Sir
I'm not sure i came to the right place or not.
I have an account:
my account name is : jeff1984
My link is: jeffchong.x10hosting.com.
I have try to log in and it said log in successfully but after that there is a request for link account and tell me try in the account name. I try to type in but it say not found. So i want to ask what happening to my account. I have set up the FTP in my xp and now i cannot access to the ftp to get my file. Is my account suspended or my free account is deleted ?

My cPanel is jeff1984 but it seems dispeared and I cannot access to cPanel as well

Your account was suspended for prolonged inactivity. Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 10 day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account.
