Help! "Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server."

Help! can anyone help me with this problem? my site suddenly gives this as a message which I'm not sure what happened...

I just opened it a while ago and it worked fine... but when after inputting some things... it suddenly shows this message... Does it have a problem with the database or something? or SQL? or is it something about permission? I hope someone will answer this inquiry... thanks in advance!

Hi naddjudge94,

The server is automatically denying your requests because you are connecting from a known spamming IP address, which has been blacklisted by a third party. Please could you ensure that you are not connecting from a proxy or VPN?

Aw.... it seems you are right!... thing is I'm not into proxy or VPN.. and I think my problem is my ISP.... T_T .....

If that's the case, you would need to get in contact with your ISP in regards to this issue and see what can be done.
