Help Ftp!

I can't login my ftp.. I am using FileZilla..:dunno:

It says:

My best guess is

Response: 220-This is a private system - No anonymous login

You have the check box clicked in your settings that says Anonymous some servers do not like that.

Are you using your cPanel user and pass?

I also had a problem like this and somebody suggested that while entering the username just don't enter the username but also write the full domain address.For Username type USERNAME@domainname.com and not just USERNAME. And it worked.

Try using windows explorer or another FTP program.

Are you able to connect to FTP anywhere else? Is the FTP possibly blocked by your computer, firewall, or network?

Maybe try and download the reg file for your account and apply it.

What version of FileZilla re you using?

The 3.0.0-rc2 is a beta version and the newest version 3.0.0 is avalible for download.

No one has said to do the basics so try them first.

host : youraccountname eg: whatever.exofire.net

serve/type : FTP, file transfer protocol

Login : Normal

Username : your cPanel name

Password : cPanel password

Account : defaults blank is normal server selected.

Servertype under Advanced : Unix

Transfer mode : default

Charset : Autodetect

News Just In: whilst writting this I tried logging in and got the same error
