Help - 'Hosting Account Suspended' doesn't link to a resolution page?

I'm getting:

Hosting Account Suspended

The x10Hosting account you have requested has been suspended.

If you are the account holder click here to resolve the suspension.

The problem being the link directs me to the login page (which obviously doesn't want to know me) instead of somewhere to resolve my suspension.

Help please?
