Help!? "hosting username does not exist.

CPanel sign-in gives this error: "The hosting username you specified does not exist." I tried boni777, and just boni, and even my email address... The "boni777" worked for forums. BTW, I thought I signed up for ad free, but the contract mentioned ads... Would really appreciate help get going tonight.

The forum user name and cpanel user names are same. As regard to your doubt regarding package, i was not able to see the package information.
please wait till an account manager signs in and check your problem.
