Help - I can't FTP...

Hello,

I'm a new user and I'm having some trouble....

Right now I'm having trouble FTPing my files to my public/www folder...

(so I tried using the File Manager's upload facility - But that is very slow.)

Then I tried viewing my site... and I get the default page....

Any ideas of what I may have done wrong?
