help, i have issues with my account

Hi,

Not sure what happened to my account. It says suspended but i can't unsuspend my account by logging into the forum anymore. i can still log into my account go into cPanel, just can't see my sit. Helps please

Your account is not suspended.
Did you delete the public_html folder?

After reviewing the account. I see you have deleted everything including all folders and hidden files.

I didn't delete any folder or file, not sure how it got removed.

I see the databases are still there. I am going to show Corey the issue and see if he has an answer. I will post a reply here as soon as he replies.

When was this account created? Do you have a backup of your website? If you don't i would suggest terminating the account, sending me the "account confirmation details " email to my private messages and i will re-create the account. Somehow you have no folders. I am not sure what was done and i honestly have never seen an account with absolutely no folders.

Please let me know as soon as you can on what you want to do.
