Help Installing SMF forum

I used Fantastico to install an SMF forum, but whenever i install it, i get this messsage when i go to it.

SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/pills/public_html/forums/Sources/Load.php(1726) : eval()'d code on line 1726

what does that mean and how do i fix it? thanks.

Request the intermediate version of php at http://x10hosting.com/account

ok i asked for a php change to intermediate and it says i will have to wait because its pending. so once i get it, will the forum i installed be up and working? or will i have to uninstall it then install it again?
