You guys don't listen. You use the echo's for PHP pages.

Even if it was PHP, don't you need spaces in "<% NAVIecho" to be "<% NAVI echo"? Also don't you need end tags for those <% NAVI and <% BOARD tags?

Use the normal ad codes and it should work.

to put ads on IPB forum, go to your admin cpanel(IPB forum)> Skins & Templates>HTML Templates>Manage HTML

under quick clicks, select edit board header. under Template: Board Header (logo, links, etc), you add the ads code after the following :

<% MEMBER BAR %>

Here what you need to do :

Log on to your Admin cp.
Expand your Skin and Template settings. From manage skin sets click on Html templetes.
In the page that appears click on manage html link at the site of your respective skin

From the list click and expand the 'Global HTML Elements'
Next to the 'Board Header (logo, links, etc)' sub menu click on the 'Edit Single' link

A text file will appear. In it find :

&nbsp; &nbsp;<img src="{ibf.vars.img_url}/atb_calendar.gif" border="0" alt="" />&nbsp;<a href='{ibf.script_url}act=calendar'>{ibf.lang.tb_calendar}</a>
<br/>

After this add your ad code.

The ad will remain in all pages of your forum, just below the Link bar.

i just checked your website, you still have IPB set up here http://www.microtec.x10hosting.com/forum/

so why not put the ad codes in the forum according to the instructions given by me and some other members here?

I tried so I deleated. So should I reinstall IPB 1.3 or SMF.

its up to you man. you have to decide yourself. you dont have to reinstall your IPB forum coz its already there right? http://www.microtec.x10hosting.com/forum/

you have to at least try to put ads onto your IPB forum. and even if you install SMF, you still need to put ads there right? do you know how to put ads into SMF forum?
