help it says my sign in is wrong

i get this error when trying to access my account management panel

What is your CPanel name you signed up with?
When did you sign up and what package ( Ad-Free / Ad-Enhanced ) did you choose?

probably not since i am like very tired i looked to see if you guys had a login retreive e-mail

Your cPanel couldn't be: teamradiation, as the limit for cPanel username is of 8 characters.

Try creating a new account.
