{Help}Mail is not loading

I have registered a freehosting account..
creativex.x10.bz


Parked Domain:creativex.in
DNS changed to point to x10hosting
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
an hour ago
MX entry changed to point to Google Apps
so that i can get the mail sent to creativex.in in my google apps account
and wanted to get the mail sent to creativex.x10.bz locally on x10hosting server (working with squirrel but horde and roundcube are shoing database connect error waht can be the problem)

and also I wanted to know that can I change CNAME by myself in CPanel Advance DNS editor lik is shoing in CPanel but somewhere I read that Free User Can't do that on there own..

I also want to
make
mydomain.com/mail
mydomain.com/Mail equal that how to get rid of the case-sensitivity
and also want
www.mail.mydomain.com to redirect to mail.mydomain.com

and how long it take to get CNAME updated
I added mail.mydomain.com to ghs.google.com along with sites,calender and docs...all but mail.mydomain.com is not working....
