OK then, well my problem is that on my computer the website looks fine, but on my friends computer everything is distorted (his screen is big) like the buttons are out of place, the template repeats it self, can you help???

I am making a normal site, on cPanel

mmm can you submit screens from your website view and your's website view pc?
and what do you use? any csm portal or webtemplate?

What you have to do is specify all aspects of you site with CSS (ect. line-height). If you post the link to your site and some screen shots of your site on different computers, we can help you for free.

It may be that you need to use percentages in your css, and not pixels. Or the other way round. I'm not that experienced, but I have had similar problems.

I would think percentages as well. Depends on the overall layout of the site, thoguh. Using div tags?

You could do many things to accomplish that affect but easiest way is through the diplay:none; and overflow:hidden; properties.
