Help me - Can't Access all Web mail!! , DB Error???

Hello sir, Please help me.
My website is Wisit-webdesign.co.cc it work normally
But When I create any email I will can't access all Webmail.
It said "DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED! Unable to connect to the database! Please contact your server-administrator."
And When I use E-mail software I can recieve all email but When i sent any email it show my email has sent.
But My customer not recieve any email from me.
Please Help me and Thank you very much for all best support that you provide me.

But I need some one who can tell me why I can't access my Email via cPanel webmail (Roundcube is mainly).
And why I can't sent any Email form every Email App.

http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/117112-php-mail-function.html that is from a week ago, but possibly that is what is happening? Or else they haven't fixed the mail applications.

So now I can wait for testing the new outgoing server by x10 admin. Or Use other email app as you sugguestion, Right?

Yes, I still suggest using the email app because it doesn't take space out of your webhosting account.
