help me in putting advertisement code in phpbb

I read all the previous threads regarding ad codes but coudnt enough for me to understand.I cannot find the template folder and file as topics says...
define me in a little more details to to put code..

Just tell me:
1- folder and file of phpbb - which I gotta edit

Code: 
Go to the phpBB folder, then go to the templates folder, and then to the folder your template is using. Edit the file overall_footer.tpl.
It means that it's located on: templates/YOURTEMPLATE/overall_footer.tpl, where YOURTEMPLATE is the template you're using in your forum.

Now I find the file overall_header which needed to be edited for corporate package... I need to edit this code
<html dir="{S_CONTENT_DIRECTION}">
but I couldnt fix it wud u pls take a second and fix it...
SO,my ads will be shown as soon as possible

Just insert the Ad code as it's said in the tutorial. I don't know what problem you're having.
