Help me, my site verry slow...

Dear Admin,

After I transfer DNS to x10hosting and and install magento on host. I have some problem bellow:

1. I can not install or import sample data of magento.
2. My site running verry slow... I try to ping to my domain though Shared IP Address: 198.91.81.2 and received so much Request time out; about > 20% loss packed:

Please help me solve this problem and improve access to my web.

BTW if you 'ping' the server too often - your ISP's IP could be put on x10hosting's firewall

When i install magento for my site. I follow instruction for install sample data: http://www.magentocommerce.com/knowledge-base/entry/installing-the-sample-data-for-magento

I import database first; but, when i can't attach sample database when i install magento !

I try install on my localhost; it makes good.
