and i want to change index Website UnderCounstruction i dont see index on FTP how to change template ??

Right now I'm getting a Permission Denied message, indicating I'm being disallowed to view the contents of the public_html folder. Did you manage to remove the Under Construction page or did you upload your own website to the public_html folder at all?
