Help me remove suspension

I remained inactive for last two weeks because i was having examination.
I read the reason that for file hosting and placing forbidance in root.
Buti never uploaded files for that reason and was not performing any files hosting in any other sites.
Andi placed forbidance in root because my home page was not ready.
I am making my first website by my own so taking a bit more time.pls encourage me by helping me removing suspension on my account

I was not doing file storage.
I just uploaded them to use them on my web site.
As I said before that I was having examinations so I was not designing my pages, instead of that I tried to finish a part of my work by uploading some files.
I was having no intention to host files without website so I forbided root.
Pls help me, my exams are over and want to start my web designing.
I am innocent and was not trying to break any of your rules and regulations
