Help me, Something wrong with my cPanel

Hello,
First of all I am sorry, I think I misused your service.
In the sense of removing unimportant files from cPanel, I think I deleted some important files without my knowledge.

Now when one by one I implement new features, I am realising difficulties, facing frequent errors.
Like I can't have my mail account set-up, shows error as some file not found.

Is there anyway to get my cPanel files back, as it is when you get your new account?
I want my files to be preserved.

Any help will be appreciated.

The only way would be to backup your files, request a termination, then sign-up again.

and will i miss something after creating new account? i mean all my previous activities on x10..i want to be an old x10 user...lol

We can't just replace the cPanel files, Sorry.
Don't worry, you don't need to sign-up for a new Forum account or anything, only a new hosting account.

Once you have backed up your files post back and someone will delete your account.

I am using joomla, so is it ok if i backup just the files under public_html ?
pls help me backing up, guide me what to back up
and how much time will it take to get my site back again?

Yep, backing up just the files in public_html will be find. IMPORTANT: if you have articles written etc then you will also need to backup your MySQL databases.

i think it started since x10 started updating, not sure
tell me is it problem of server, or with my cpanel/cms

"JFTP::connect: Could not connect to host "127.0.0.1" on port 21 "
Also sometimes errors like Unacceptable 406
Cannot upload 406 etc etc
i think they are inter related

I'm not sure about the error but as soon as your account is created you will be able to restore the backup and your site will be working again.

i am pretty happy with absolut.

The server will be randomly chosen out of Absolut, Cossacks or Lotus.

and is it not absolut experiences less downtime and more uptime than the other 2?

I'm am usually around till 10:00PM GMT+1. However I am going to have my Dinner soon, so if you just post I will respond as soon as I can. If I'm not around someone else will deal with it.

I do not know the uptime statistics of the three servers.

currently i have created a backup and i am downloading it....

Sorry couldnt make it yesterday, cause x10 server was down, i created a backup but couldnt download it
even now, i cant login to my cpanel and also cannot thru ftp
ftp shows mx number of users already logged in
so is there an alternative i can download my backup?
cpanel page loads without displaying any elements

I have only used Absolut before so I don't know what the others are like. But I think they are all pretty much the same.
If you were happy with Absolut then I suggest staying with it.
