help me to diagonose the issue.

i can't call the support. i am far outside the city. its a small town nd no support. i've to leave my mobo to retailer and he will send it to service center. but again shipping charge! my exams are starting from 18th so i don't have much time to drive 80 km leave the mobo then come back driving 80 km. then next day again 160 km drive to bring my mobo back. nd if by chance the problem is in some other component then i am wasted with all my money and time.
