Help me to set up co.cc domain

Help me how to set up co.cc domain in x10hosting. I changed my main domain to mobifriendz.co.cc help me what is x10hosting name server1 and 2 is it ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com i tried this but nothing happed plzz help me

Today is 3rd day after i setup my domain whenever i visit my site it says 500 internal server error.
