my hosting account is not completed. it keep saying fatal error code suppose to be 16 digits.

you may need to wait a little while for you account to be setup, but i've never come across this problem yet, so a second opinion would be best.

You may be mistyping your activation code. Try clicking on the link in your email instead of submitting it into the form.
