Error establishing a database connection

Your server absolut is migrating to new server fris. Looks like this error is appearing due to migrations.

I do it because the database migration I have been an error. therefore, I was confused and then asked for help to my friend to move the temporary database to my database pages .... but why my database was suddenly missing from my hosting page, whether because I submit my web on "valuemysite.com" or similar web:frown:? thanks
