Help! my cpanel seems not working

Just wondering why I can't access my cpanel.... is there a maintenance happening or something? and suddenly my website seems not working.... hope to hear a response from you guys. Thanks! =)

(I just found out myself actually when I saw 4 other tickets come in for similar problems).
