help!!! my db's are gone and not to do with seerver chang

help i applide a plugin in wordpress and it stuft the the db but i did make a backup before but the thing is when i whent to restore it it uploads then just hangs and no db chang help!!!
Edit:
look i get this message "Restoring Database" then it just hangs here and dosen't load or any think
