[HELP] My site was suspended with code 62759EEAEEB6

hi,

My site was suspended with this code 62759EEAEEB6, I want to change the language of my site, but I can't login the CPanel with my cpanel account, my FTP account was also suspended. I know the x10hosting service is very good and I am very cherish it. what should I do, please help me.

What language was your site? Make sure it is english. An Account manager should be able to unsuspend.

Thanks Derek for your so quick responce,
my site was created by word press, the site was english originally, but there is new version of word press, I updated the site with chinese version by accident. As a result, the site was suspended.

Is there any way I could backup my database and site data.

Unfortunately you can't get un-suspended. I am not sure if you can backup your data but I will need to make sure.

At this time x10Hosting only supports English, Spanish and French websites on free hosting, these restrictions do not apply to paid hosting. Sites found breaking this rule will be permanently suspended

Quick FYI we're still before December 1st, so he -should- be able to get unsuspended still. After Dec 1 it'd be a perma-suspension.

Hang tight for a mod/higher up to come along, they should be able to help with this more.

Actually according to the user above you may be able to get unsuspended. So you can continue with x10 and backup.

I'm just going off the original language post; as of Dec 1 you're right, it'd be zero-tol but from what I'm seeing around the forum it's still something that can be fixed until then

So we're both right, depending on the time I'll escalate this to a ticket for now so this can get resolved; there's enough replies here that staff probably think it's resolved already.
