Yes I know, but I'm not using the main domain, just the addon domains and can't access Cpanel.

Add-on and parked domains on Fris are all messed up.
I keep hearing that Staff is 'troubleshooting problems' but I have not seen a specific announcement on this issue.
Not sure if they are handling individual cases.

Edit/Add: cPanel access seems to be a major issue too. Again, no specific announcement on it.
