hi i m trying to create a site where user can tune into an fm and listen that station live plz tell me what to do for it i want provide my user live fm online tv and videos on my site

well you would need to find an FM station that also does broadcasts in digital, and somehow hook up to their system or feed. my guess only

If you find a station, all you have to do is just copy their code into your page.
