Help needed with sign-up

I used to have an account at x10hosting,
then came armageddon and destroyed
my dreams of decent PHP/GD2 hosting.

markdaams.x10hosting.com (it was called)

Now three days ago i signed up again, for an account.
Everything went perfect, I activated it also.

But since to this date it hasn't been approved yet.

username: kasatka
subdomain: markdaams.x10hosting.com (the same as before).


Now when I try to signup again I get a time-out at the subdomain
choose page.



So my question is, could you manually please approve my account?
