After creating an email account in Cpanel, I have configured my mail client to access that, and I got no problem for incoming mail, I can receive emails.
The problem comes for outgoing emails, since I cant send them.
I have read the FAQ for free hosting, and there is no topic about SMTP. I did also a search and I found MANY unsolved posts regarding this topic.
I have tested at two different email clients, Outlook and The Bat!. Both clients go timeout trying to connect to server.
The Bat! will just report:
SEND - Could not connect to the server
I have also tried to do the auto-configure for Outlook, and it didnt either work.
Here a screenshot of the SMTP config in The Bat!. It is requested to do authentication, so I figure it is by using same same user/pass pair as for incoming mail.
At this point I am not sure what the problem could be, or what I am missing. My domain is hosted at Chopin server, so could be checked if SMTP is working well?
Thanks in advance.
