Help on starting new threads

I can not start new threads or post replies in the X10 forums ...
Grateful for any help offered ...

becuase you just created a new thread on the forums.

Thanks for your prompt reply Diabolo, in this forum at the bottom its says I can post replies,etc.
But if go to say the Programming Help forum, it says I can not post replies at the bottom and I am blocked ...

Could you show us a screenshot of the error. This should help us help you ;P
