i have create a data base but i need the follow info:

1. MySQL Database name
2. MySQL Username
3. MySQL Password
4. MySQL Host

but i don´t know where i can find this info pleas help

You need to create the database and a user to assign necessary privileges to that database.

The easiest way to do that is using the database wizzard.

Host is: localhost

If you Created the database, you will know the name

If you have not created a database user, i suggest you do so in cpanel or use the datbase creation wizard to do all these steps for you.

Then you can create and add a user to the database.

As Anna said the host if localhost.
