At first glance
constants.php, Database.php

these files control functions that perform database operations, constants (if this network used it over a CMS function, would allow for login and retrieval of that data from the DB)

sadly an admin will have to fix it, unless ur lucky

well my site is still running so not fussed but just cant log in to my x10hosting account
