Help please format my x10hosting account.

Can anyone please format my account to its original state (the time when I first signed up for x10 hosting). My username is sinogap. Can any admin of x10hosting please remove all the files on my hosting account; and return everything to its original state

What you could do is terminate the present hosting account and then resigning up with the same information.

well if no admin wants to do that for me how can i do that by myself.
and i dont wanna go through the hassle of recreating an account I wanna stay with the saem account just format it. can anyone help me please

We never said an Admin wouldn't - we are saying that is the easiest thing to do. To "Format" your account, would take having to terminate the account and re-create it to the "original" setting.

i have one more questions, if I need to return my hosting files to their original state and remove everything. Should I delete public_html and everything in it, and my sql servers. And would everything return to its original state or would I need to do something else? can anyone help please

Just delete the files within public_html - don't need to delete the directory itself. And yes, you can remove the SQL databases if you want to start over.
