Help Please My account is blocked but says Contact however

Hello please i need help with my account

I tried to log in today to find my account is blocked. for ' frequent abuse' i do not know really what this could be But i went to my mail to find the x10 last details and such and my whole email inbox outbox the lot is gone so have changed password.. point is .. while i have resecured the email and will soon get rid of it.. I can not contact x10 as it says on the help page as i have no contact address to ask and explain what happened and can't find it...i did upload 3 files the other day but i can't tell if there was something wrong with that ( they were not offensive or such and site is still up i just can not get in . OR who ever got in and hacked my mail ( which has scared me no end ) has been messing with my x10 account.. as i say ALL my mali was gone sent , the lot. so i can't tell if someone has been messing with my account here or doing things? Can some one please tell me the direct contact as i can not find it anywhere .. so i can write wo x10 as they say to ' contact to appeal or explain and i can't do this with no email or contact place. and i need to do something as soon as i can if they did this and /or find out what has happened .. thank you so much it is a big worry at the moment..

First, relax. The message you are seeing doesn't necessarily mean that anything has happened to your account, or that you have done anything wrong.

That message is telling you that your public IP address - the "this is who to send things to" tag that goes on any requests you send to the server - has been listed on a third-party block list. (The Free Hosting servers are set up to prevent access from addresses that appear on those lists, though exceptions can be made if the block is too aggressive.) That can mean a lot of different things. It could be because you are using a VPN or anonymizer service (one of those deals that lets you watch geoblocked content in your area). It could be because you are using a mobile service provider or are accessing the internet via a public wifi hotspot, where you will be using the same IP address as somebody else did yesterday, or even ten minutes ago. It might be because a whole block of IP addresses has been blocked because of a botnet (a bunch of infected computers) is running through your internet service provider. There are a lot of actual people and malware (bots) that create a lot of spam, and information about them is shared among hosting providers (automatically). Sometimes good people dong nothing out of the ordinary get caught up in the mess because of the way the internet works; there aren't enough of those IP addresses for every machine to have one of their very own that never changes (and even if there were, it's easy to "spoof" the address).

An admin will need to check this over to see what can be done about it. You'll probably be asked to provide your public IP address (which you can get at a website like http://whatismyipaddress.com/ - the settings that you'd get from your own computer only tell you what your local IP address, the one that your computer uses to talk to your ISP, is). There is also a tool that can tell you if your IP address is blacklisted at http://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check

Hello Essellar;Thank you SO MUCH for your replly you have no idea ( you probably do acutaly ) that this is blocks and i am sick to my stomach that i now know someone has taken EVERYTHING from that email that is attached to this account including the mails i kept for my ftp settings and things.. so i really really appreaicate your advice ... it is calming to know it could be one of these things .. and the many variations of things that may be stopping it ( in one way i am glad this happened as would have taken a few more days for me to check this email that has obvosly been got into. which is a big scare for me as i have never in years had this happen.. Thankyou for your time and i will copy paste your list to a wordpad and go through one my one with the line here that might be stopping it... and i wlil get my ip address as you have explained to me... as i have never done anything against tos since being on x10 that i know of at all .. so seeing this other ' co incidence 'or is it? has totally scared me as well. and if i need after i check all these things to get to an admin how do i do this as this is the only place it lets me log in .. not in account or anywhere ( i personaly am hoping it will be one of the things on your list so i wont have to do this .. but is there a specific address please? i have looked at all the ' account suspensios and stoppaged page but can't see a contact and can't get in and yes all my mails ( are gone with the x10 ftp and info on it so have been just waringin peopel in other mail of this problem and NOT to answer from that address of open from cntact i can remember as they are all gone too. Thank you again you don' know how much help you have been .. thank oyu so much . im going ot go straight away and start doing one by one and ask the owner of the line in house i am in ... if security or vpn and will check all the normal things that you have mentions that i can do on my own.. again THANK YOU so much feel less panicked about this part. .just still scared abotu the mail which i will close as soon as i can but in case nothing of the above work is there a special admin contact i am overlooking please? again thanks for your time to help me .... i really realy apreciate this.. .(going t start now from your list. ) ... again thank you ..
