Help Please Regaurding Bussiness Server 2003

Hi I am having a little bit of trouble with my ***Windows*** Cough Cough Business Server 2003 :nuts:

I have setup IIS but I want to know how I can see my files from the Internet
The reason being that I want to use 123 Reg web forwarding
I do know my IP address but when I put it into a browser it can't connect?
Please Help :dunno:
