Help please with importing files

Can anyone please help me with uploading my files from hypervre to my pc riot domains the zhu zhu pets one http://zhuzhupets.pcriot.com only half the files made it the rest is all screwed up And my golf domain
http://golf.pcriot.com It is not doing any thing but the 404 error page .. {the only reason i put my links on here is for help not spam i take this comunity serus } If any one knows how to help i will be very greatfull thank you...

Okay, go to your first domain on your FTP, use a FTP client like FileZilla to do this. Get the public_html from http://zhuzhupets.pcriot.com and download it to your PC, keep it somewhere you can remember. Now disconnect from http://zhuzhupets.pcriot.com and connect to http://golf.pcriot.com. Now go to the public_html on your PC and select the files you want to upload, drag them all over and the uploading will begin.

The 404 page means that you have no index.php / index.html on your website.

An alternative to FTP is using the cPanel's File Manager. There is a step-by-step tutorial including screenshots on how to use it at my website at http://parkzer.co.cc/x10hosting.php?id=upload that you may be interested in looking over.
