Hello, I would like to know how to have another person I know who can modify and access a certain part of my website without using my cPanel login. I been trying to do with FTP Accounts but I think I'm doing it wrong. Can you please help me?

The only way would be by creating a FTP account. You can't create cPanel accounts.

Thanks for the fast response. So I was doing it correctly. What is the domain of the accessible ftp account? I know when I created a FTP Account, it asked me for the username/password but I didn't see any of that appear when I tried a bunch of ftp addresses. Thanks again.

Domain is ustream.x10hosting.com
When you connect, make sure you add @ustream.x10hosting.com to the end of the username.

Still doesn't log in, FireFox gave me a dialog box basically saying, "You are trying to visit ustream.x10hosting.com with username "...". This may be a trick. Do you wish to visit the website? (Yes) (No)"

I did what you told me to do but it still didn't give me a login box, does the other user get the login box but I don't because I'm already logged in through cPanel? Thanks for your help.

Tried both in FireFox and Internet Explorer and didn't work in either. It again does give me the dialog box and in FireFox, just keeps saying 530 authentication error and in Internet Explorer, just keeps displaying same dialog box over and over again.

Still does not work, should I just give up on this and try something new if there is one available?

First of all, the cPanel error 500 issues were caused by a technical hitch earlier. Stoli has now been rebooted and is working as usual. Now, the FTP error you're getting means you're entering the wrong password. Try removing the user via cPanel and recreating it, but this time ensure caps lock is off and that you type the pass correctly.
