this problem from yasterday , sometimes i cant log in to Cpanel and sometimes i can , so whats the problem ?

I commented out the Options line in your .htaccess file and it seems to work now.

thanx corey but the problem solved for the Index (home page) but the other folders dunt work and i cant read from it sayes
" Not Found

then i found a surpize , all my files in these folders lost .
