Hello I'm having a little problem with the hosting, I own one module of whmcs and for it to work it needs to connect to my vps, however is giving error the module support reported that it was necessary to request the release of the door 10011 in hosting and allow the connection vps.

We are unable to open ports on Free Hosting. We also have identified that a valid WHMCS license was not found via the WHMCS License Verification system for any domain hosted on your account; as a result the account has been suspended. If you feel this is in error you may open a dispute, however you will be required to provide an explanation as to why WHMCS has no record of any valid license for the domain(s) in use on your hosting account.
