Hi, I wonder if anyone can help, I've used CPanel before and never had any problems. I usually just use Template Express and edit a template in file manager.

I've done what I usually do - chosen a template & the installation seems to go though okay with no error messages but when I look in file manager there is nothing there??? :dunno:

Can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks in advance

Jen :(

Are you putting all the files into the public_html folder?

Hi - thanks for the reply. I did put it in the public_html folder. I deleted the index and images files so that it would upload without an extension. It does seem to go through fine but all folders are empty when I go to file manager. I bet it's something really simple but I keep looking and can't figure out the problem :dunno:
Edit:
Anyone???

Upload the entire .zip file (or whatever archive) and extract it via cPanel. Some of the files are missing - that is the problem.

Hi - thanks for getting back to me. Still no luck though - I am trying to use template express through fantastico and only text files are showing in my file manager and it says 0/3 SQL databases used - it should say 1/3 once a template is installed correctly shouldn't it?

I know I'm being a pain but I only know how to use template express as it's a wysisyg format. Is there any way of fixing fantastico??
TIA
Jen
