I see looking through these posts that I'm not the only one having all kinds of problems with logging in because of inability to link accounts. I used the name wakeman01 to create a x10hosting account and I used the same name (wakeman01) for forums. I can log onto forums and post messages there, but if I try to log onto x10 hosting it always says I must link accounts first and then gives me an error message whenever I type my account name as wakeman01. I see in your answer to one message that you said they should have received 3 emails when they first registered. As far as I can remember I only received one email, so that might be the problem. How can I get those 3 emails re-sent to me?

I tried registering again but it won't let me -- says I'm already registered. Tried getting it to resend confirmation -- says I dont have an account. Is there a way that I could get everything canceled and just start over again from scratch. I can see from the plethora of posts that lots of newbies have the same problems but usually at the end of the thread it just says "problem resolved" but how it was resolved is never made clear. My name is wakeman01 on both xhosting.com and on the forums. I have no idea what is it on cPanel since I have never been able to access cPanel
