Help regarding htaccess

My site is not working.
Whenever i try to open my homepage, it says "302 FOUND" and message comes as, "The file has been moved here "
i think , this is a problem with .Htaccess file. But i didnt find any htaccess file in any of the directory.
Kindly tell me, how to restore htaccess file?
Or please send me a sample htaccess file , so that i will upload it manually.

The .htaccess file is hidden file. So when you opening the filemanager in cpanel

select to show the hidden files and it will be in public_html folder.

rename it with other and the server creates a blank one.
