Hi there

I am quite new to wordpress and x10 hosting, and when trying to resolve a problem with my plugins for my website storiesfrommybackpack.com I have accidentally deleted the following database - option_name column (field). I have tried to restore the database from my back-up files but it hasn't worked - I think I only have a database from when I set the blog up, and from 22nd Sept after I had deleted the database.

Do you also keep back-ups? The blog and database wasn't edited by me from 13th to 19th so if I could restore the database from this time period there is a chance I could get my blog back. These technology is completely beyond my, but I am devastated to lose my travel blog and would do anything to get it back.

I would be super grateful for any help you can provide.

Many thanks

Emily

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not keep backups of free hosting websites. Per our Terms of Service, all backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. That said, you can check out sites like the wayback machine to see if they have cached copies of your sites data so you can reproduce the content. I wish you luck in locating the data you seek, and apologize that we cannot assist you in this regard.
