Because it's illegal online and in the country that the servers are in. Our TOS that you agreed to when you signed up clearly said that it's forbidden.

Right at the top of the TOS it says:

* No Warez! Absolutely under no circumstances do we allow any type of illegal or copyrighted material on our servers. Breaking this rule will get you a permanent suspension, we have a zero tolerance policy regarding this.

And then under Server Usage terms, the first one says:

* Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.

Sorry, but you should have read the terms before agreeing to them. When you agreed to the terms, you are responsible for what you put in your hosting space. This suspension is permanent, which means that your account will not be unlocked for any reason.
