I didn't get your question. Can you explain it a bit?

The folder structure that you mentioned wasn't very clear to me, either. Upload all your folders & files to home(denoted by icon)/ public_html in the File Manager.
If your domain name is website.com and you want to create a page website.com/PageName.html, you should upload the file PageName.html to home/public_html.

Rectifying the grammatical and punctuation errors will certainly help as well!

As Debojyoti Ghosh, there is much missing from your issue description. Follow the advice in my sig for guidelines on posting.

My best guess is the page that the page that shows up as the index page (the login panel) is named something such as "index.php" or "index.shtml", both of which are valid directory indices. Since there can naturally be only one directory index in a directory, whichever has precedence (usually index.php, then index.shtml then index.html) will be picked.

Solution: rename the login panel script or move it (and related files) to a sub-folder. Which to do depends on how the site is designed & implemented.

It's also possible your browser is simply caching an old copy of the page, in which case clearing the cache should resolve the issue.
