Help Site Not on Internet

I have uploaded my files via FTP, and my program uploaded the site, but the site is not on the Internet. The URL is: http://hleewhite.x10hosting.com. I used the instructions in the Email: FTP:drhlee; FTP Server:ftp.hleewhite.x10hosting.com; Directory: /home/drhlee/public_html/drhlee and PW:hlwpaw2.
