Help Sites Down Time

Hello I Just signed up and was wondering how long this up and down server problem is gonna last . I just tried to do something on my site and now i cant view it . It wont load

Cossacks is pretty good at staying online.
Every now and then it will lockup because of abuse or we have to take something down to perform maintenance.
