Help! Status says Active, but Website still says Suspended

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

When I go to the Acct Management Panel, my Forum Acct and Free Hosting both have the status of "Active." However, my website still says "Suspended" when I go to it. My website: http://3851hwy231.x10hosting.com/. Please help!!!

Problem: JM shows unsuspended but still redirectes to suspension page.
